Bleu Potatoes

FLAV-R-PAC® Tri-Cut Potatoes

Ingredients

40 lbs.FLAV-R-PAC Tri-Cut Red Potatoes, thawed
12 ½ lbs.Crumbled blue cheese
4 ¼ lbs.Shredded parmensan cheese
2 qts.Olive oil
2 cupsItalian seasoning

Directions

  1. In large container(s), place potatoes, blue cheese, parmesan cheese, olive oil and seasonings; toss to combine.
  2. Spray large sheet pans with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange single layer of mixture on each pan.
  3. Bake uncovered in convection oven at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cooked through and edges begin to brown.
