FLAV-R-PAC® Diced Red Potatoes

Ingredients

20 lbs.FLAV-R-PAC Diced Red Potatoes, thawed
6 ¼ lbs.Diced red and green bell peppers
6 ¼ lbs.Chopped yellow onions
6 ¼ lbs.Sliced mushrooms
8 oz.Vegetable oil
8 oz.Butter
1 ½ lbs.Shredded parmesan cheese
To TasteSalt & Pepper

Directions

  1. In large container(s), combine Diced Red Potatoes, peppers, onions and mushrooms.
  2. Cook to order. Heat 1 teaspoon each oil and butter on flat grill; add 11/2 cups potato-vegetable mixture and cook 2 minutes while tossing. season with salt and pepper; toss again.
  3. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese; cook 15 seconds to melt cheese. Serve immediately.
