Cafe Potatoes
FLAV-R-PAC® Diced Red Potatoes
Ingredients
| 20 lbs. | FLAV-R-PAC Diced Red Potatoes, thawed |
| 6 ¼ lbs. | Diced red and green bell peppers |
| 6 ¼ lbs. | Chopped yellow onions |
| 6 ¼ lbs. | Sliced mushrooms |
| 8 oz. | Vegetable oil |
| 8 oz. | Butter |
| 1 ½ lbs. | Shredded parmesan cheese |
| To Taste | Salt & Pepper |
Directions
- In large container(s), combine Diced Red Potatoes, peppers, onions and mushrooms.
- Cook to order. Heat 1 teaspoon each oil and butter on flat grill; add 11/2 cups potato-vegetable mixture and cook 2 minutes while tossing. season with salt and pepper; toss again.
- Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese; cook 15 seconds to melt cheese. Serve immediately.
