Capri Turkey Pasta

FLAV-R-PAC® Capri Vegetables

Ingredients

5 ½ lbs.Dry rigatoni pasta (tube shape)
12 lbs.FLAV-R-PAC® Capri Vegetables, frozen
3 lbs.Smoked turkey, cut into 1/2” chunks
1 ½ lbs.Red pepper strips
1 ½ lbs.Celery, sliced
1 ¼ qts.Italian or French dressing
3 cupsChopped fresh basil or parlsey

Directions

  1. Boil pasta until tender; add Capri Vegetables to boiling pasta and drain immediately; rinse under cold water to stop the cooking; drain and chill mixture in large open containers.
  2. Add turkey, red pepper, celery, dressing and herb(s) to salad; toss and chill until service.
