Capri Turkey Pasta
FLAV-R-PAC® Capri Vegetables
Ingredients
| 5 ½ lbs. | Dry rigatoni pasta (tube shape) |
| 12 lbs. | FLAV-R-PAC® Capri Vegetables, frozen |
| 3 lbs. | Smoked turkey, cut into 1/2” chunks |
| 1 ½ lbs. | Red pepper strips |
| 1 ½ lbs. | Celery, sliced |
| 1 ¼ qts. | Italian or French dressing |
| 3 cups | Chopped fresh basil or parlsey |
Directions
- Boil pasta until tender; add Capri Vegetables to boiling pasta and drain immediately; rinse under cold water to stop the cooking; drain and chill mixture in large open containers.
- Add turkey, red pepper, celery, dressing and herb(s) to salad; toss and chill until service.
