Honey-Dijon Potatoes
FLAV-R-PAC® Red Potato Wedges
Ingredients
| 50 lbs. | FLAV-R-PAC Red Potato Wedges |
| 50 oz. | Dijon Mustard |
| 50 oz, | Honey |
| 1 cup | Finely chopped rosemary or ½ cup dried, crush |
| To Taste | Salt & Pepper |
Directions
- In large container(s), combine mustard, honey and rosemary; stir to blend. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
- Spray large sheet pans with non-stick cooking spray; divide potatoes among pans; generously season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in convection oven at 350°F for 20 minutes until cooked and the edges are brown.
