Honey-Dijon Potatoes

FLAV-R-PAC® Red Potato Wedges

Ingredients

50 lbs.FLAV-R-PAC Red Potato Wedges
50 oz.Dijon Mustard
50 oz,Honey
1 cupFinely chopped rosemary or ½ cup dried, crush
To TasteSalt & Pepper

Directions

  1. In large container(s), combine mustard, honey and rosemary; stir to blend. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
  2. Spray large sheet pans with non-stick cooking spray; divide potatoes among pans; generously season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake in convection oven at 350°F for 20 minutes until cooked and the edges are brown.
