FLAV-R-PAC® Stir Fry Vegetables

Ingredients

16 oz.Olive oil
4 lbs.Pancetta or bacon, sliced and cut into strips
34 lbs.FLAV-R-PAC Stir Fry Vegetables
˝ cupMinced Garlic
1 qts.Oyster sauce
12 oz.Low sodium soy sauce

Directions

  1. Divide olive oil in large skillets or woks, and place on medium high heat. Add pancetta and cook, stirring occasionally, until crisp. Remove pancetta with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  2. Continue to heat oil until smoking, add FLAV-R-PAC Stir Fry Vegetable Blend. Sauté for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add garlic to vegetables and toss to distribute. Add oyster sauce and soy sauce, bring liquid to a simmer and cook another 2 minutes while stirring.
  4. Sprinkle vegetables with crisp pieces of pancetta and serve immediately, or keep warm on-line in steam table pans.
