Ingredients
| 25 lbs. | FLAV-R-PAC Red Potato Wedges |
| 12 ½ lbs. | Cooked chicken or turkey, cut into 1" pieces |
| 12 ½ lbs. | Sliced Mushrooms |
| 50 qts. | Prepared SOUP SUPREME® Cream of Broccoli with |
| 3 ¼ lbs. | Sliced or slivered almonds |
| 3 ¼ lbs. | FLAV-R-PAC Red and Green Pepper Stirps |
Directions
- In large container(s), combine potatoes, chicken or turkey and mushrooms.
- For volume feeding: divide potato mixture into full-size steam table pands; cover with soup and sprinkle with almonds. Use pepper strips to mark portions or scatter randomly as topping. Bake at 400°F. for 45 minutes. For individual service: fill individual baking crocks with 8 ounces of potato mixture; cove with 8 ounces of soup; sprinle with 1 tablespoon almonds; garnish with pepper strips. Bake at 400°F. for 25 minutes, until heated through and edges begin to brown.
