FLAV-R-PAC® Red Potato Wedges

Ingredients

25 lbs.FLAV-R-PAC Red Potato Wedges
12 ½ lbs.Cooked chicken or turkey, cut into 1" pieces
12 ½ lbs.Sliced Mushrooms
50 qts.Prepared SOUP SUPREME® Cream of Broccoli with
3 ¼ lbs.Sliced or slivered almonds
3 ¼ lbs.FLAV-R-PAC Red and Green Pepper Stirps

Directions

  1. In large container(s), combine potatoes, chicken or turkey and mushrooms.
  2. For volume feeding: divide potato mixture into full-size steam table pands; cover with soup and sprinkle with almonds. Use pepper strips to mark portions or scatter randomly as topping. Bake at 400°F. for 45 minutes. For individual service: fill individual baking crocks with 8 ounces of potato mixture; cove with 8 ounces of soup; sprinle with 1 tablespoon almonds; garnish with pepper strips. Bake at 400°F. for 25 minutes, until heated through and edges begin to brown.
