Squash Stuffed with Winter Vegetables

| 50 lbs. | FLAV-R-PAC Winter Mix Vegetables, frozen |
| 2 ¼ lbs. | Garlic butter |
| 6 ¼ lbs. | Parmesan cheese, shredded |
Directions
- Bake squash halves in 375°F oven until tender, about 45 to 60 minutes.
- Cook vegetables in boiling water for 10 minutes or steam vegetables 6 to 8 minutes until hot but still crisp.
- Toss hot vegetables with garlic butter and cheese.
- Fill cooked squash halves with 8 ounces buttered vegetables. Serve immediately or run under broiler to melt cheese.
