Vegetable Stuffing for Rotisserie Chicken
FLAV-R-PAC® Vegetarian Dinner Blend
Ingredients
| 4 lbs. | Ground sausage, broken into pieces |
| 5 Tbs. | Minced garlic |
| 20 lbs. | FLAV-R-PAC Vegetarian Dinner blend |
| 4 lbs. | Seasoned dry bread crumbs |
| 1 ¼ qts. | Melted butter |
| ¾ cup | Chopped parsley |
| 3 Tbs. | Chopped fresh rosemary, or 6 tablespoons dry |
| 3 Tbs. | Salt |
Directions
- In large stock pot or divided into two pots, cook sausage and garlic about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked.
- Add Vegetarian Dinner Blend, bread, butter, herbs and salt; toss to combine ingredients.
- Fill steam table pans with vegetable-stuffing mixture; cover and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Serving tip: serve alongside fresh roasted rotisserie chicken or sliced turkey and serve stuffing topped with 2 ounces hot gravy.
