Vegetable Stuffing for Rotisserie Chicken

FLAV-R-PAC® Vegetarian Dinner Blend

Ingredients

4 lbs.Ground sausage, broken into pieces
5 Tbs.Minced garlic
20 lbs.FLAV-R-PAC Vegetarian Dinner blend
4 lbs.Seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 ¼ qts.Melted butter
¾ cupChopped parsley
3 Tbs.Chopped fresh rosemary, or 6 tablespoons dry
3 Tbs.Salt

Directions

  1. In large stock pot or divided into two pots, cook sausage and garlic about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked.
  2. Add Vegetarian Dinner Blend, bread, butter, herbs and salt; toss to combine ingredients.
  3. Fill steam table pans with vegetable-stuffing mixture; cover and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Serving tip: serve alongside fresh roasted rotisserie chicken or sliced turkey and serve stuffing topped with 2 ounces hot gravy.
